As Vice President with Chicago Title’s National Commercial Services team in Seattle, Kathleen Sirianni helps clients bring commercial real estate deals across the finish line. Known for her collaborative and solution‑oriented approach, she works closely with all parties to anticipate challenges, streamline communication, and ensure smooth closings nationwide.
Since joining Chicago Title in 2014, Kathleen has become a trusted resource on title strategy, risk mitigation, and transaction management. Her earlier work with Fidelity National Financial’s Litigation Group provided a strong foundation in title policy coverage, claims analysis, and the nuances of resolving underwriting challenges.

Kathleen is an active leader in the commercial real estate community and previously served on the board of CREW (Commercial Real Estate Women). She regularly teaches Continuing Legal Education classes and remains engaged with both the Washington State Bar Association and the King County Bar Association.
Kathleen earned her J.D. from Seattle University School of Law, where she focused on real estate and served as Notes and Comments Editor for the Journal of Environmental Law.
